Why HonestVerdict exists

HonestVerdict started from a simple frustration. When you search for an honest opinion on a supplement, most of what you find is either a polished sales page or a thin article written only to push a link. Real, plain-language information — what is actually in the product, what the ingredients realistically do, and where the marketing gets ahead of the evidence — is surprisingly hard to come by.

So we built a place to publish exactly that. Every review here is written to help a reader make an informed decision, whether that decision is to buy, to wait, or to walk away.

Who we are

We are independent researchers and editors, not physicians, dietitians, or licensed healthcare providers. What we do is synthesis: we read manufacturer disclosures, ingredient research, and publicly available clinical databases, and we turn that into structured, readable reviews.

Because we are not affiliated with the brands we cover, we are free to say when a formula looks reasonable and when it looks like little more than a label full of trending ingredients.

What a review can and cannot do

A review can tell you what a product contains, how its ingredients are commonly understood, what the company claims, and how those claims line up with available research. It can help you ask better questions before you buy.

A review cannot replace your doctor. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no supplement here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
