How we research and disclose

This page explains how we produce a review and how we handle the commercial side of the site. We keep it public so you always know what you are reading and why.

Our review methodology

Every review follows the same consistent steps so that one product is judged the way the next one is:

• Identify the claims. We start with what the product and its marketing actually promise, in the company's own words.
• Break down the ingredient profile. We list the active ingredients and the amounts disclosed on the label, and describe how each is commonly understood.
• Compare claims to evidence. We look at what the publicly available research supports, and we flag where the marketing gets ahead of it.
• Note what stays unproven. When the evidence is thin or missing, we say so plainly rather than filling the gap with hype.
• Give a structured take. We summarize the strengths, the weak spots, and who the product may or may not suit — so you can decide for yourself.
